We sell food products to the continental United States, and please contact us directly if you live outside of this region. Please keep in mind, if you are purchasing frozen goods, the dry ice will only hold for 72 hours. You can choose the 1-day airmail or 2-day airmail options. Orders are not delivered on Sunday.

$4.99 handling fee is applied to all perishable goods orders, covering the cost of the ice chest, box, and dry ice. Shipping rates are an addition to the handling fee. All perishable goods are packed with 10 lbs of dry ice to ensure products stay frozen, however, once your order leaves we are not responsible for any FedEx delays.

To be eligible for a return, your shipment must be unused and in the same structure that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upon verified return we will dispose of the food and refund your full payment plus shipping. We take care of our customers.
